Lactase enzyme-know what you need
For those who are highly lactose sensitive, a daily lactose enzyme is recommended. If after taking the daily caplets for a while, if you are still experiencing symptoms, add 1-2 of these “fast acting” caplets when consuming products with dairy. You will find what works for you in a short time. For the most part, the symptoms will be basically gone with a little “trial & error”.

Not as effective as Member's Mark
I did not find this as effective as Member's Mark Dairy Relief. I still have some intestinal gas with this.
