I bought this energy booster because as a mom of 3 I am always tired and I wanted something to help me boost my energy. I am taking this booster in the morning before my walking exercise and I am less tired when I get back home. I love that we do not have to mix with water too. The flavor is excellent!

The description of this product mentions that it is a plant-based dietary supplement, vegan, gluten & wheat free, lactose free, sugar free, caffeine free, and non-GMO. Then it completely ruins all that with sucralose. Because everything has to be sweet at all times, completely disregarding all the health concerns sucralose is well known for such as raising inflammation, altering gut microbiome by reducing beneficial bacteria, increases the risk of insulin resistance, and new research suggesting that sucralose-6-acetate is actually genotoxic and could cause DNA damage. I wish these companies would stop already with all the artificial sweeteners.

I tried Peak Power as a mid-afternoon pick me up during the workday over the course of 1-2 weeks. Not sure if this is a placebo effect or sugar rush or maybe it really works but I felt a subtle, but noticeable difference in my focus and energy levels for the rest of the afternoon after consuming one packet.

I recommend this product if you are feeling out of energy. I loved the packaging, small and convenient for travelling, it tastes really good, you just have to open the packet and put it directly in your mouth, very practical, no need for water or anything. It tastes good, like mango I think.
