I’ve been using the Proworks Kinesiology Tape for a few weeks now, and it has been a game-changer for my workouts and recovery. Great product

Works well and adheres very well. Glad I used this instead of the more expensive KT or branded tape, but their videos are good for how to apply it. Waterproof through showers, lasted for a few long time post marathon marathon.Only downside was that when I did leave it on for 1-2 weeks (way longer than recommended!) it was really quite painful to remove, so I’d recommend against doing that. When I left it on for 1-3 days I didn’t notice any significant pain in removing.

Used for sore knees. Gives really good support. Watched videos on YouTube that show how to apply the tape depending on the injury. Tape is strong and you can go in the shower with it just tap dry. Great that it comes in different colours. Good quality. Has the lines on the back for guidance as to where to cut. Highly recommend using.

After starting running at the tender age of 60 I was suffering from hip bursitis which caused severe pain not only whilst running but also in day to day activities.I applied this tape in a star fish pattern, having looked at how and where to apply on the internet, and the relief was immediate.The tape is easy to cut to size and easy to apply. I take it off daily and it’s easy to remove after applying a bit of oil before my shower and then removing it using the water in the shower to tease it off gently. The tape doesn’t leave any residue on my skin after removal.The tape is a good length and is value for money. I won’t hesitate to buy more when this has run out.I have no idea how it works but it does.

Started using this for my knee. It does seem to work. However after using it a few times I noticed that it started to rip my skin off. Perhaps only remove when in the shower or bath to make it easier on your skin

Hubby straps his knee when he is in pain. It works a dream, he was shocked how much support it gives and relieves pain. The only downside is that it doesn’t stay on for very long, my husband has hair but no more than any other man but the tape doesn’t tend to stick that well to it and moves.

This is very good definitely works well especially for HRT PATCHES as it keeps dropping off so this holds it on easy removed just peel off will definitely be buying this again
