Worked Better Than Expected
The grabber on mine had a grip like a tiny angry monkey. Almost all 10’ into a conduit it grabbed a bolt and saved my company oodles.

Damaged and did not work at all
cable was sharply bent in two places. end fitting was smashed and totally crimped so bad cable did not work at all. Was able to pull claw out with a tool, couldnt retract it, plastic handle was completely stripped and just came off in my hand. A simple design with just a few parts, yet somehow every single part failed completely and immediately. Did not even get a single use out of it.

Inexpensive tool
Kind of flimsy. Will do what's required.

Does it have to be this long?
Much longer than necessary and the gripping end spreads out aggressively when used.

Hook doesn't work
The hook didn't work right out the package. After some moving around it kind of worked. It eventually just broke and stopped working.

Disappointed
I tried to use it for a clogged toilet. It was hard to get it to go into the well, and the mechanism to grab (?) was too hard to handle. In short, it was useless.I wound up donating it to Goodwill.
