Are the caps for the flask healthy ie. Non toxic

I've never eaten one to find out. However, nobody has died from the bottles I have filled with alcohol for gifts, so I suspect not

what is the actual height and width of the bottle be for the neck just so i know what labels to buy

From base of the bottle up the side to the shoulder is 11 cm. Measured two centimetres from the side, the height from the base to the top of the shoulder is 12 cm. Width is 7.5 cm, narrowing to 6.5 cm at the shoulder. Hope that helps.

Is the capacity of these bottles 100 mls or 200 mls?

It's a year since I used them, but I think they are 200 ml. But you need to check carefully - because Amazon are also separately offering some bottles that look very similar but are only 100 ml. But I'm almost certain that someone on the page it tells you the size.
