Having found a very tasty recipe, that looked excellent for Christmas entertaining, I was at a loss to know where to get hold of a reasonably priced fondue set at short notice. Having seen plenty of sets online that were more than double the price I settled on this one as it looked neat, sturdy and the reviews of it were good! It really is an excellent kitchenware addition. As a beginner to this style of cooking I found the instructions quite clear, the set is easy to use and easy to clean too.The only slight quibble I had is with the forks. I think I was just unlucky with this, but, I'd advise others to check the forks carefully once out of the packaging. I found very tiny rust discolourations on the prongs of two, however with some careful cleaning this was removed. As the rest of the set was completely satisfactory I didn't bother to return it - so this is just a small note. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the set to anyone who wanted to try fondue for the first time, I'm definitely a fan.

I wanted one of these for christmas eve dinner. I looked at lots of them that were double the price and settled for this one. My fault I didn’t read properly that the gel isn’t included so ordered separately. Its not too big but still holds enough fondue for 4 people. Its sturdy too and easy to clean. Happy with my purchase

Perfect and good looking. Stable too

As a French native, I'm used of the fondues but not so much when it comes to which device to buy. So far, so good. I've used fuel cartridges until now and it does a great job. We did a couple of cheese fondues, it was great, cheese at perfect temperature as the flame can be adjusted. It is made of durable material and I bet it'll last long. We also like the colour (cream). The forks are good too. Me and my wife like it.

Arrived looking much better enamelled than I had expected. Heavy weight, attractive, easy to clean. Can be used without the scalloped lid. Probably a bit of a struggle if more than 4 use it. Burner fine at its different settings. Used many times (bought over a year ago)

Very neat little fondue set, it's been used now several times and works as intended, just have to remember not to overfill the burner with meths before lighting it! Nice cast iron bowl and it's easy to clean, if you don't leave the cheese in it for a few days after a party. My wife likes the coloured tips on each of the forks, helps to remember whose is whose!I like the fact that we just put the bowl straight on to the hob to heat the cheese and there is no need for another pan first, saves on the cleaning up!
