Does any of the series 9 doorbells have a built in mains transformer as I want to replace an existing Byron 776 wired door chime with Inbuilt transfor

This is what I bought. My electrician hard wired it to an existing brass bell push with the converter kit. So I’m assuming we didn’t need a transformer.

Which transformer should I get for the converter? 8v or 12v?

I have a dc915scv, what is the best mains bell with transformer so this could be attached to it?

I have installed 2 of these. One in my Mother's house using the original 1960 Transformer and original bell push. The other in a property about 15 years old using the existing bell push wiring into the sender unit that has its own battery. In both cases the bell itself runs off batteries and can be moved around. Both work very well.
