Great little cheese slicing device.Solid and well built and affordable.Easy to clean and made from reliable materials.

After years of making cheese sandwiches with a knife, I came across this (while looking for something completely different, of course - Amazon is like that).It's brilliant. So much easier to use than a knife, with consistent results (same thickness of slice) every time.It works best on hard, non-crumbly cheese. With crumbly cheese, the slice often falls apart during the transfer from slicer to bread. But even then it's still much easier than a knife.Dishwasher safe? Well, it's been through the dishwasher maybe a dozen times and it still looks like new, so yes, it seems to be.It feels solid and well made so should last. Good but only just okay on very crumbly

works wonderfully on firm cheese - such as cheddar, but makes a mess of brie and softer cheese.

Really very good strong well built

Creates slices which are too thin and break up. Also takes off huge chunks

Great quality for the price works perfectly very happy with it, cleaned in dishwasher no problem, nice size, sturdy, quick to slice nice even slices of cheese
