Perfect Camembert baking dish
Nice product, standard Camembert fits well. Talk of rust on some reviews! Instructions say “Oil all over and bake for two hours!” Did that and it’s fine. Also oiled the wood base with butchers block oil. Like any cast iron it needs care. After use cleaned up easily. Just bought a second as a present.

Looks Good, impossible to clean
I bought 2 of these to serve things like baked Camembert and other little side dishes.First use was amazing, hand washed and they looked ok. Second use, hand washed again and after drying they just look rusty. Didn’t do anything different. Wish I’d bought a ceramic dish instead just for ease of use.

Lovely little thing for baked casserole
Nice little casserole dish for baking camembert. Arrived in good condition, no signs of rust anywhere and so far seems to be seasoning in well. But like all cast iron cookware, you do need to treat it properly, not like any other pot or pan. Follow the instructions and it should be OK. looking forward to many years of use.

Looks good but small
Quality looks great, but it wasn't clear that the 6.5inches is handle to handle. No good for the recipe I wanted which needed an actual 6.5inch skillet. Description really should be clearer

Misleading advert- the skillet itself is comically tiny.
It’s tiny. Very very small. The size is handle endless to handle edge, not the dimensions of the skittet itself. Advert is misleading. I’ll keep it if only for curiousity and amusement, but it’s too small for real world food.

Perfect for cheese
Bought this mainly to bake camembert and it does the job perfectly, saves it exploding on a baking tray. The only complaint would be it rusts easily but an oil rub sorts it out.
