It has stopped working its not been a year now its in warranty as per 2 years i need a new hand blender to be delivered at my doorstep warranty stuff should be sent home for checking

I love the convenience of a hand blender, and this one is particularly comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver. The two-speed settings offer flexibility for different tasks, and the non-detachable steel rod makes it sturdy and easy to clean. I appreciate that it can handle both hot and cold ingredients, making it perfect for blending soups straight from the pot or whipping up a quick smoothie.

It's a value for money product. Easy to use, but the weight is slightly more than expected. The product which we received wasn't running, then we replaced it from the seller. It do get heated after a run of more than 3 to 4 minutes at max speed. It's quality is not very bad, its good enough. No doubt it produces lots of noise, but overall the product is good.

Not a smooth operation/performance. Getting jammed frequently.

I recently switched to this stainless steel blender, and I must say that it has been a game changer for me. the fact that i liked the most is the usage in hot soups and purees which I was not able to with my previous blenders with plastic body. now I don't have to wait for the tadka to cool down before I blend it, I can directly use this stainless steel blender and save a lot of my time. Really loved this product for it's performance and durability.

The blender itself worked fine for a short period, but when it developed an issue, I was left frustrated.Despite repeated complaints to customer service, no one addressed my concerns. Calls and emails went unanswered, and I was constantly told someone would get back to me, which never happened. It's disappointing that such a well-known brand has such poor customer support.If you’re considering buying this product, think twice. While the blender might look appealing, the lack of reliable aftersales support makes it a risky purchase. I regret my decision and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values responsive customer care.
