A perfect replacement bulb to match the original in our oven
This bulb fitted perfectly into our cooker after the last one blew. The old one lasted 6 years. I'm hoping the same brand, being Osram, will last equally as long.I'm glad the advert description had measurements as well, so I knew I needed a T4 bulb because there is also a T3 which I believe is slightly smaller.Glad I could get exactly the same. Wattage and colour temperature so it really is just as if the oven bulb was as before.The packaging wasn't the strongest but the bold survived the postage okay.Not a bad price considering it. It is a specialist bulb and branded of course. So overall happy customer here and I recommend this one.

Good bulb, but a pain to install
The Osram G9 high temperature 25W oven bulb is exactly the same make, type and style as the dead one I took out of our H2561B oven after five years frequent use.Removing the old one was easy after persuading the cover to unscrew, the grating noises from glass and steel moving over the ceramic holder is very disconcerting.Fitting the new physically-identical bulb without getting finger grease on the bulb was a nightmare; it would not enter the sprung centre-latch. I also worried about breaking bulb or ceramic socket. Eventually on the fourth attempt after straightening the contact wires on the bulb yet again, it finally went in, and amazingly still worked. And I’m meant to be an engineer familiar with fitting halogen bulbs of all kinds for decades!

Fits and works
Fits perfectly in a smeg Dosf44x grill and oven works well it’s smaller than orignal bulbs but just as bright.Be warned you will need 2 if you want to replace both
