Would these be suitable for freezing then oven heating?

840 cubic centimetres. Or 52.25 cubic inches. Quite small but perfect for freezing a meal for one person. The size given is 14cm x 12cm x 5cm.

Can I make meals ahead and freeze them? And can i cook in the oven ?

I’ve made shepherds pie, frozen it, defrosted it in the fridge overnight and then put it in the oven to heat through and brown the potatoes. Meals such as bolognese sauce and chilli I empty out of the foil (the foil can be easily manipulated to allow the frozen sauce to fall out) and I then heat in the microwave. Hope that helps

are the lids foil lined?

The lids are not foil lined but have a shiny side which seems to resist liquid - I am very happy with these trays and waste a lot less food since buying them!
