These are quite literally the ONLY hydration drink mixes that I enjoy. They aren’t thick like liquid IV and all the other ones you get at the store. My boyfriend does HVAC and drinks two of these, on top of his potassium and salt tabs a day and the combination keeps him from heat exhaustion/stroke.Anytime I drink an electrolyte drink I cringe and it’s hard to get down because of how thick it is. It feels like I’m drinking gelatin - these are NOTHING like that, I can drink them like a normal drink no issue!!

My wife says it's the amount of food dye in the product.Be prepared also for the sugar substitute to cause your body to get more thirsty and to crave this sweetener.4 stars as the bag it came in was as durable as tin foil. When it is unopened it works. Once opened the bag desinagrates. I just used some empty plastic bottles to hold mine. Of course the bag is as cheep as tin foil, so be wary of price per product.Overall it does make your water taste better, and so your body gets hydrated. Just be aware your body will also crave more of the sweetener. Know it's just a craving and you don't actually NEED more.

I absolutely loved this flavor. I loved that it helped make drinking water easier for me. I took them to work with me and just kept a few in my pocket. Definitely recommend if you are a lemonade fan.

The reviews were right, a bunch of them were opened and spilled all over the big bag!Why don’t they fix this?It made the rest of them all sticky-ish.Even with the 10ish unusaypackets, it’s still way cheaper than other hydro sticks. I got the pink lemonade flavor, and it was good in a 16oz water bottle. I feel if I put it in a cup with ice, it would be even better.I wanted them for hangover kits for a birthday party, so I needed a good amount without having to pay $80-$100 bucks on them.I think it did keep me more hydrated, so the important part of the item is 5 stars.Do these reviews go to the company? They should because everyone is saying the same thing and should be fixed!
