Excellent belt for my needs. I wanted support on my back while doing squats. This fit the bill perfectly. It's well-built and robust, with no issues with the build quality. The fit is excellent, and with the strong velcro strap, I can adjust the belt to my liking. Very happy with the purchase!

Really enjoying this belt so far. Support feels just like some of the thicker heavy duty belts for twice the price. Value is unbeatable right now. Material feels nice, it’s light but sturdy. Fit and adjustability work well for me (34 waist) and could likely work for a few sizes in either direction. Happy with it and would buy again.

Due to a back injury I can't really do any serious weightlifting anymore. But, that same back injury results in a back ache especially if I'm not careful about my posture. I have to stand up straight and I have to bend the knees and not at the waist.This helps me do that and the fit is amazing.As with other brands that people have complained they run a little bit small, my best guesses are not wearing it tight enough. I have to pull it in rather aggressively for it to get a firm good grip on my muscles so I don't get a backache. Not to where it hurts or I can't breathe, but pretty snug.

My waste is 32. I ordered 32-37 size and it barely fits me. There's no way that it fits a person with 37 inch waist. If I take the shirt off and didn't eat dinner, yeah it fits fine, still with not a lot of slacks. Order a size up.Otherwise it supports waist well and it's made well. Not sure what to do with the labels and I don't know why somebody wants to change the label as it does not achieve anything. You can only put 1 label at a time and you won't change around the labels every time you work out.

I don't honestly know how long I've had this belt. Likely close to two years and it's still running strong. The velcro is still good after consistent use. I've got a bit of a belly and this thing can be tight but it's easy to put on and it closes. I only wear it when I need it anyways. My spine feels nice and protected when I'm wearing it. Have never had an injury thanks to the belt and good form of course.
