Go with MEIJIA Both products sourced from the exact same manufacturer
OK guys here’s something for you.I ran multiple plastic injection molding plants for several years in North Dallas. Our Primary bread & butter was industrial HDPE milk crates.I bought two cases for side-by-side comparison. The only difference between the two - and I mean the ONLY difference - WAS THE BRANDING. We did the exact same thing for our industrial milk crates. The exact same molds for every customer - Southern Foods, Klein Dairy, HEB, etc. We only swapped out the branding plates. Sometimes we didn’t even do that. We just left the brand plates blank and heat stamped the customer name.Occasionally would run a batch of milk crates for retail customers like Walmart, Home & Garden, or the Container Store.Same molds, same resin, same coloring. If specified, we might add a UV protection additive.I compared the Eylar Tactical Hard Gun Case Water & Shock Proof With Foam TSA Approved 11.6 Inch 8.3 Inch 3.8 Inch for $39.99AndMEIJIA Portable All Weather Waterproof Protective Hard Case, Small Camera Case,Dry Case with Customizable Foam,Fit Use of Drones, Camera,Equipments, 11.65 ”x8.35”x3.78” for $29.99These are the exact same products from the exact same molds down to an including the ejection pin markings and the trimmed off excess flash from where the mold is starting to wear out. You can tell the cut away excess flash on both products were trimmed off by hand as evidenced by the uneven cuts and the discoloration characteristic of the cold plastic being trimmed with a box cutter style razor knife. Pictures included.I see no value difference here between these two brands (or pelican) for that matter. My advice is go with MEIJIA there is no benefit to spending more for the other brands.

Good solid equipment case.. maybe a bit pricey
This little case fit perfectly around my little 8 track semi-professional studio recorder. It's very solid. Without sounding like a commercial, it's lightweight and I would say it's pretty durable. Not sure if it's really watertight but who cares? Just don't submerge it with good stuff inside.

HackRF Portapack Perfect
Compared to others I've used, this is solid. No flex whatsoever. Very well made for the price. I was expecting it to be a bit flimsy but I'm glad I was wrong. It closes up snug and though I didn't submerge it in water, I'm certain that it would remain dry inside if I did.The pluck foam is deep. I wasn't sure if it was going to be two layers or not. It's too deep for my needs, so I had to cut a spare piece of foam I had {Pic 3} to raise it up a bit. No biggie. It doesn't open all the way. It gets to ~45° and stops {Pic 2} and because of that, when you open it the lid makes it fall back backwards. To remedy this, I cut the 2 tabs near the hinges {Pic 4} with a box cutter and now it lays flat.I bought this to store my HackRF Portapack and some antennas. Not big enough for my longer ones, but it'll hold most of them.I conclusion, I like it. I think it should be a tad less in price by $5-10 but it's still worth it. Especially if you want something as similar to a Pelican case as possible but without the high cost.EDIT- {Pics 6, 7, 8} I used gel super glue to add a thin sheet of plastic and magnets to make the lid into a place to store the data cable, and stapled a strip of elastic to hold the cable. This made the lid a tad thicker enough to press the knob and turn on the HackRF Portapack, so I put the HrfPP lower in the foam and added foam over the screen to help secure it. Made this good little case into a better one for my needs.

Great case...
I like this case. It's sturdy, strong and built well. Whatever you store in it, it's protected. Good price for this is a plus.

Works well
Works well for up to 12 gauge cords. Would be nice if a template for the mounting holes was included. Nice o ring seal and latch system.
