P.A.N Pancake and Waffle Mix – Gluten Free 1 lb. (6 Pack)

I used it to make pancakes and the taste was very good. I did add hempseeds to the thick batter for a nuttier flavor. I also used flax eggs for this and they did rise which not always happens with those type of mixes.

Tastes just like the best non-GF pancake mixes! I don't know how they did this. My wife has celiac so I eat gluten free too 🫤 (most of the time). Highly recommend these pancakes to all. Not overpriced either which is a huge plus.PS - I couldn't get a picture in time, but here's the plate I ate off of.

Very good solid gluten free mix. Did not expect that it will be really good considering the price but was pleasantly surprised.

I have made pancakes for the people in my family that require gluten free food. I highly suggest trying this brand.

I like this better than plain pancake mix because it adds a corn taste like corn cakes. It's also gluten free.

solid 3 out of 5. I've had much better, but my regular mix is having supply issues, and this just wasn't good enough to replace it. Strange after taste....wasn't sure if it was bad or not.
