Good product non-greasy and easy to apply.I have been massaging in generous amounts twice daily on sore muscles, especially after exercise. It seems to help with muscle pain, fatigue and recovery, but whether that is the product or just the act of rubbing/massaging the muscles I don't know. Either way I think this is a good product to try if you have chronic muscle pain, fatigue, cramps, etc.Only side-effect I have experienced is it does sometimes make the skin tingle a bit.I will be buying again when I run out.

Suffer from wear and tear in the knee. Heard good things about Magnesium oil so purchased one bottle to start with. Have found it excellent for relieving the pain. I can move my knee much more in the 2 weeks of use. It did sting quite a bit for the first few days but the stinging subsided about 20 mins after applying. It is quite greasy and has a drying effect on my hands. I have found that I am sleeping much better at night. This could be because my knee does not 'lock' during the night and the pain does not waken me. I apply morning and night on my knee and the soles of my feet. I would recommend this oil and have purchased a further 4 bottles. I plan to give one to my mum as she recently had a knee op and suffers from aching. I will up date later as to what reaction she has. My only gripe is that the bottle stops spraying so I transferred into another one.Update: Having given my mum a bottle of this spray she found it excellent for her arthritis in her hands and also the pain she felt in her thigh following a knee replacement. She had the same problem with the bottle not spraying so I purchased the lotion for her which I felt might be easier for her to use. Unfortunately, the lotion did not do the same job as the spray and did not give the same pain relief. We are not back to using the spray which I have transferred into an easier to use bottle. She and I would thoroughly recommend this product as it has certainly reduced the pain and discomfort we suffer from.
