I love this massager. It gets quite hot, but you can turn it down. My daughter uses it for our pedicures. The temperature control is absolutely needed & works well. The quality is top notch in my opinion. It's very easy to control & the water temperature goes down quickly if it's too hot. I'd absolutely recommend this product! The massaging mechanism is also quite calming & I loved it! My feet are a size 10 in women's & my daughter is an 11 & both fit comfortably inside the tub.

Updated review: This item is hit or miss and it is no fault of the seller. I would say the mixed reviews are accurate. Some work perfectly, while others are faulty. Just make sure you check yours as soon as you purchase so you can return it if it's faulty. I am upgrading my review from 1 to 4 stars because of the seller's customer service. They issued me a full refund despite being outside of my return window, and without me asking for it. They did NOT ask me to change my review, I am doing it purely out of gratitude. If the bath had not leaked, I would give it 5 stars.Original review: I thought I was in love with this thing until I realized that it had leaked from the bottom and soaked my area rug, rug pad and carpet. I was very mindful of the water level and kept it between the minimum and maximum levels. Another review mentioned a bottom drain, so I don’t know if there is a way for me to close it and stop the leaking. If so, I’d love to know how. My return window is closed and I don’t want to be stuck with a defective item.

I ordered this for my lady because her old unit started to leak. This was a heck of an upgrade. Her number one pro is the heat. It gets set to the highest temp, which it holds. She says the rollers and bubbles are incredibly relaxing. A little eucalyptus with Epsom salt and she's transported to her own personal spa. She absolutely loves it, which means I'm more than happy with the purchase.

I had high hopes for this. My old cheap homedics soaker from 13 years ago makes this look like a cheap toy. Little to no packaging, just two pieces of tape over the ‘manual’ rollers. It wasn’t even in a plastic bag, just a box. ZERO INSTRUCTIONS. You need a flashlight to see waterline marks. Apparently using ink you could see was too expensive. It weighs half of my old one because the construction is so pitiful. I’m afraid to put water in it because it could break in half from the weight of the water. Save your money and go with something of quality. Other reviews mentioned a drain plug. Only this one doesn’t have one at all. I had my old homedics for over 13 years. I’d be surprised if this lasted 13 days carrying it with water in it.
