How long does the smell last?

I didn't find the fragrance to last too long on me , maybe a fee hours. Not as long as the Aqualina fragrance i love so much.

does it really smell like cotton candy the reviews have me confused?

No, this is one of my worst choices for a fragrance. Someone else mentioned that "Cotton Candy" by Body Fantasies smells just like cotton candy rather than this one and I completely agree. I was so disappointed with this one. As others have said the bottle is nice but it is a very heavy bottle to me so it's hard for me to hold onto when spraying the fragrance because I have arthritic thumb joints. But if you are truly looking for a cotton candy fragrance get the one by Body Fantasies and you won't be disappointed and Amazon sells it as well as Walmart. I always get compliments on this one but no compliments on the Delicious one.
