Thank heavens for this product. Totally natural, and doesn't upset my stomach, causing bloating and cramps that I suffered with from Ferrous Sulphate. My GP recommended this, I'm on double dose too because I've had to have an Iron Infusion and trying to stop the iron levels dropping is why my GP told me about this all natural product. No more awful pain and gripping with this natural iron rich water. Use Spatone!

Outstanding at raising iron quickly especially during pregnancy. Ensuring tablets are not needed which are not good for your stomach

I got my adult son’s Ferrtin level up to 120 in a few months buy taking 2 together every other day. I read it is best to take iron every other day for better absorption.

I tried these on a whim as I tend to suffer with iron deficiency.I was pleasantly surprised. I have no idea whether my iron levels in my blood has increased but I feel more satisfied in myself that I am at least consuming iron in my diet, without the need to increase red meat/ green leaf vegetables consumption.I tried mixing this into water (with cordial) initially. You can definitely taste the iron! So I usually mix this into a cup of orange juice each morning, where I can’t taste any difference. Orange also helps with the body being able to absorb the iron also.I was surprised to see that this is produced locally (in the UK) so I have zero concerns that this is not unsafe to consume. I’ve recommended to a few people I know who struggle with fatigue, dizziness etc and I do the same to whoever is reading this too.

So good. Noticed a difference in days. Felt so much better and had so much more energy. Also these are super gentle so no horrid side effects. Definitely recommend.
