Is this ok for dry skin?

Hi, my skin is dry and sensitive.This glides on nicely and is lovely for dry skin. I use it on top of my normal moisturiser and serum in the morning.

Does it have an oily or matte consistency?

The product has a fluid texture with a matt consistency. regards.

How is this under make up please?

It soaks in very quickly and I didn't have problems with my foundation afterwards.

The website says it has very high uva/uvb protection, there isn't a uva star rating on the website or the bottle though.
