Oh How I Love Thee Magic Printy Paper! However My Dog Is A Fluffy Nightmare . . . *sigh*
Never done this before and decided to make a custom printed pillowcase cover. Sooooooo easy, happily followed instructions to the letter and it came out perfectly.HOWEVER, I did make a bit of a gaff which was 100% my fault! 1st off I tried to do this on a black T-shirt as I just thought it meant "light" images . . . nope so heads up folks, needed paper for dark ie fabric. I know, I know it was a daft mistake but we all learn by our stuff ups.2nd Heads up. When you have your image ready for ironing onto the fabric ensure the fabric is totally free of lint or damned dog hair (guess what I now have emblazoned for its life on a pillowcase). Also any small bits of fluff will get their life of fame unless removed from the fabric. Even is you think it is clear, double check by rolling a lint remover on the fabric surface.Without my 'every day's a school day' errors it would have been perfect.Just done a thick black design on my husbands bright red jogging pants RESULT!!! Looks brilliant hmmm just took a photo to showcase how ace it is and look who seems to bloody magically appear and this is why we need more lint rollers!

Read the instructions.
Works great but make sure you know what you're doing before you start.

I followed the instructions and the t shirt worked really well. Used a standard iron and a standard printer. However I ironed on the floor as instructed using a pillowcase underneath the t shirt. The pillowcase and the t shirt are fine. However the varnished floor under the pillowcase has changed colour - must have overheated the varnish or something, which is a bit annoying. With hindsight would have been much more sensible to either use a towel instead of a pillowcase or else maybe to iron onto carpet (preferably old carpet just in case).

Great first wear but don't wash brilliantly.
These got mixed reviews but I only wanted then to customise some t-shirts for a family trip to Disneyland. They were easy to print on and I followed the video online to check what I needed to do having never used them before. Cut as close to the design as possible for minimal "show". Once ironed on the images were bright, clear and lasted all say without cracking.I found one of the t-shirt's designs all cracked after being scrunched up the the suitcase to come home and it peeled in the wash. The others seemed to wash ok but in all honesty we probably won't wear them again anyway. This was a cheap and cheerful way to get exactly what we wanted for a one-off use.

Such disappointing results - Different transfer paper received than previous orders!!!
I have been purchasing this PPD transfer paper for 4 years and have always been pleased with the results. However, my recent purchase came in a new packaging (w/ a pink circle with a printer inside) compared to the old packaging (blue background with a white t-shirt). I encountered multiple issues with this new paper. During printing, the paper kept on peeling apart inside the printer, resulting in smudged designs and wasted sheets. Moreover, I noticed that the transferred designs on the t-shirts, had a glossier finish than usual –with visible reflective plastic around the logos (unlike the previous paper). Not thinking much of this, I printed a batch of 25 t-shirts for my brand to sell at a local market - and despite being under a gazebo, a few raindrops landed on the t-shirts, which to my shock, caused the ink to run. When I got home, I washed the t-shirts in a cold temperature cycle for 15 minutes, and they came out as shown in the attached images. I am so, extremely disappointed because this new transfer paper is of a completely different quality to what I used to receive. I’ve had to refund everyone who purchased a t-shirt at the market, as well as discard the remaining t-shirts. So much money gone to waste! I’ve absolutely never had problems with this product (old packaging) before, so it's worth noting that the 23,000 4.4/5-star reviews that you read, are likely referring to the old transfer paper, not the faulty new version.

Good but plan for a run through
I've tried this product today and was very impressed with the quality. The final print on fabric seems robust and does not discolour the ink from the print. One word though, give it a try before you plan the perfect item of clothing. I used the (only) iron I have which is 2400watt, they recommend 1600 on full power, anything higher can start to burn the clothing. You will need to mess with power settings so you get the right adhesion without discolouring the fabric
