I bought this product a month ago and having tried it I have to say that I love it. The sachets are really convenient and they taste great - it makes me feel like I'm having a treat after meals!When I've tried this kind of thing in the past I've found it difficult to stick to taking them everyday but I've downloaded the new app they have and it reminds me to take my sachet so that's not a problem anymore.In terms of weightloss I have seen a real difference in the last month - I have lost around 5kg so far and it seems to be speeding up! I also feel good as it makes me feel fuller for longer so I am not snacking between meals.

I have since lost a stone in 3 weeks...but you have to be devoted. Not a good taste to start with but you will get used to it trust me, just keep taking it.I am back again after 2yrs and I have managed keep my 1st off. Please guys if you are talking this product drink your recommended daily allowance of water with some lemon and cut down on your sugar tea and coffee or fizzy. No pain no gain. You don't need exercise with this trust me. Eat well and drink water that we are all afraid of.

I started at 9st 5Ibs (131) and want to lose 19Ibs. 6 weeks into the program, I've realised IF I calorie count and take XLS I LOSE WIEGHT, if I don't calorie count I don't lose weight and neither do I gain.IT WORKS IF...you watch your caloriessome people have lost a lot of weight and I think that;s due to them overeating regularly so maybe the heavier you are the better it works, I'm already on quite a restricted diet so I didn't expect to lose major pounds every week.I'm happy with losing one pound a week BUT I found that when I followed my diet through properly with XLS I would lose 1.5 or 2 pounds which isn't what normally happens, it's much slower weight loss so my conclusion is yes the product works.I would recommend you try the whole 12 week challenge because we all have off days. I have still have 6 weeks remaining on the program and will update the total weight loss.by the way this was all without any exercise too!

I am still unsure about this product. It does claim to have medical testing behind it so I am sure this is true. Unfortunately I tend to forget to take it - you have to have it straight after a meal - and I tend to graze rather than have three meals a day so only take one which might well be pointless. It seems daft to take one after one small piece of toast with no butter. I also find drinking two litres of water a day impossible. No side effects at all though.I have lost a bit of weight but probably because I have been dieting more seriously.I don't find the taste unpleasant at all and find it very easy to take. The taste is a bit like black currant Lemsip. You wouldn't have it as a treat but it is perfectly acceptable. The sachet works best if you slap it against a worktop to ensure the powder is loose and not at the top, so it doesn't shoot out when the top is ripped off.Definitely worth a try I would say, but only if you can afford it and don't expect miracles.

I have Sceloderma which gives me problems with swallowing and digestion. Not good for someone in there 30's.I use this product after each meal and it helps to move the food quicker into my stomach. I no longer get food stuck in my throat.I don't use this as a diet product, but would recommend as a swallowing aid for people who have issues with food feeling like it's trapped in the throat. Not to be used as a thickening product for extreme cases.This has now helped me to eat more normal then I have done, which has helped my energy levels for daily activity.

An excellent product, I find the sachets are easier to swallow than the tablets and the taste is quite reasonable too.
