Does this shampoo contain sulphates? Is it safe to use after a Brazilian Blowout?

You should put in a search for sulphate free shampoo and conditioner. This product is for care of sensitive skin on and around the head. If your skin is sensitive enough to need this treatment, you shouldn't be using the clarifying shampoo on it, which you will need to do before your Brazilian blow dry treatment or the Bb treatment itself.

Can my 10 year old daughter use it?

Yes, my 10 yr old son has itchy scalp too. I use this on him and me.

Can I use this with another conditioner?

PERSONALLY I DON'T USE ANY OTHER PRODUCT.

How often should this shampoo be used?

I used the shampoo twice a week and found it to be effective, curing my dandruff, but it was quite strong on my skin which is fair and easily sensitive. I did try using it with just one wash through and then rinse through. I found this was a better way to prevent a rash developing or an irritable scalp.

Mild and non irritating

After serious damage was caused to my scalp by an incompetent hairdresser leaving bleach directly on my scalp for over an hour, my scalp became painful, dry, red blisters and hair fell out. Months of medical treatment followed during which time I wanted to use the mildest shampoo I could find. I tried baby shampoo but it just wouldn't lather at all and had quite a lot of chemicals in it. I googled and came across this shampoo and have been using it ever since and my scalp doesn't mind it. It doesn't lather that well but then it won't because the lathering agent is a chemical and this is mild so less of it to protect scalp. Don't use as much as you think you need, just rinse and repeat and your hair will be clean.

Fantastic product

I have suffered with psoriasis for several years and get it especially bad on my scalp. I had a dry, flaky scalp (which would bleed on occasion) for several months. I tried other well known brands and they only seemed to dry my scalp further and cause a tightening sensation. I have used this product for just over a week and have noticed a significant change in the health of my scalp. The majority of the dry patches have gone and my hair feels soft and supple. I tried the calming scalp treatment as well but found this to irritate my scalp. I therefore moisturise my scalp with Eucerin 5% Urea Replenishing cream and leave this on for several hours or overnight before washing the cream out using the shampoo and have found this routine most effective. I would highly recommend this product!
