I have thickness 55mm insulated and plasterboard on the wall, which has hung with Pink drywall adhesive.will this support a 4 panel aluminum radiator?

I think it should be ok, depth specs for m8 is 110mm from face of plasterboard so as long as you've some brick/block to rear of the insulated board for some of the plastic plug to fix to. I hung a very heavy ikea wall to ceiling cabinet on 4 m8 bolts on dot and dab plasterboard to poor brick behind, can take some effort screwing in steel sleeve, but feels a very strong fixing.

Would these be suitable to use for hanging a 65" TV weighing 21.40 kg on a swivel bracket?

Depending on the build of your walls I’d say yes. I’ve used these to fit a heavy punch bag on a breeze block wall 2 years ago. And they haven’t budged at all.

What is the length of the fixings? As I have a 70mm approx cavity. before hitting brick. Thanks

70mm is far too big for rigifix of any size - dependent on weight you may get away with decent plasterboard fixings - the comprehension type

What is the max length of M8 bolt I can use?

The supplied screws are 30mm long. The actual M8 thread depth inside the plug is around 50mm. If allowing 20mm for your dot & dab plaster and then the thickness of whatever you're screwing to the wall, that should give you your answer. The manufacturer's website is also quite useful...
