I make two dishes a lot - one is actual paella and the second is a far quicker and less faff "Spanish chicken pilaf".These sachets are a god send for both, the aroma and taste takes you instantly to Spain, and the flavour is authentic.So easy to use and great to flavour rice too not just for a full on a paella.They're a great addition to my cupboard!
