Simple to fit.
Utilised this sensor to turn on an additional outside light, which was too difficult to connect up to the other circuitry. I found the wiring connections & instructions to be very straightforward. There are little arrows above the connections to clearly show live & neutral in & out. I installed it about a month back, & thus far it is working well without any issues.

I see the light!
Working well so far to switch on garden lights for an hour or 2. Takes a bit of time to adjust the lux correct to initially switch on. Adjustment is under the screw on front cover. Screws supplied for that do not appear to be either posi or phillips and are made of cheese so swapped out to make taking the cover off and on easier. Does the job though as intended

Sensky SK300 AC220-240V Photoelectric Outdoor Switch
I purchased this item to operate some new driveway lights. I did not want the lights to operate dusk to dawn & stay on through the night as this is not very eco-friendly so I purchased this item so the lights can be set to come on at dusk, stay on for a few hours & then go off during the night. very easy to set up & works like a dream. Simple connection of power to Sensky & Sensky to lighting ring. Set dusk setting & number of hours to remain on. I really like the simplicity of this unit. You need to remove the screws & open the unit to set it up but that's not a big issue to me personally.

They fail quickly
This is the second sensor I have fitted after the first failed prematurely. The second only lasted a few months too. Looks like the internal relay is faulty again as the night led is lit but the output does not switch. One device failure can be put down to bad luck but two early fails is down to poor quality product.

Great value and dors the job
This is a great unit at the price, installed it yesterday and it does the job well. As some have said, the instructions are not elaborate, but there is not much to do, connect wires from the power and wires from the( load) fixture, the earths are just joined together, no terminal for them, be sure to insulate them with electric tape or whatever. Some have said they needed to take it apart to get the wires in. Not so, but you do need a very small Phillips head screw driver to open and close the terminals.

Reliability
For the first five months all worked as advertised but thereafter the lights failed to turn on as programmed at dusk. So it looks as though it will last one winter!

Good product easy set up
Only downside is when power cut it defaults to start the timer from start. Not a major issue in my case.Works well
