How big is one capsule.... Is it 600 mgs??

When I 1st bought these it was 2x a day and 45 days worth but now its saying 3x a day and 30 days worth.... I don't know if the information is wrong or if they've changed the recipe?

Is this capsules in the small size? And does it help on your skin glow?

It’s not big and yes after a few months say 2 maybe less you will see improvements in your skin . Hope this helps

What is the expiration date fo this product? (in case I receive them in early January)
