Whoa... this is nuts! One spray and you can FEEL it working. I have allergies and sinus membranes stay inflamed all the time. I could feel them shrink and mucus release. I have used OTC, saline and prescription sprays all my life and I really believe this is working way better!

I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't experienced it myself. Having nasal problems, doing saline rinses with some relief but full relief in 15 minutes after using this. Awesome stuff!

After reading through the reviews and seeing that people had issues with the bottle being broken when delivered, I went ahead and went with the purchase because I really do love this brand.. I am very pleased. The item arrived quickly, and has provided quick relief for our sinuses.

This stuff works great, so much better than flonase. The silver spray clears up my nasal congestion and even gets rid of my post nasal drip. Our only complaint is that the nozzle is not long enough. To effectively get the spray into the sinus cavity you must put the nozzle in your nose and then angle outward toward the eye. If you point the nozzle straight up the spray will go down the back of your throat instead of into your sinus cavity. As you can see in the pictures the nozzle is very short and there is no room to put your fingers on top of the wings. As a female with smaller fingers I am able to make it happen but my husband who has larger features cannot effectively get the spray into his nose because his fingers are larger. So I do recommend this product but I wish they would make the neck of the nozzle longer to be more effective.

I am not sure if this is suppose to burn when used or if it’s just that my sinuses are so inflamed that everything burns. But I am trying this to see if it relieves my sinusitis and occasional sinus pain and pressure. I do feel some relief and breathing easier.
