When I don’t take DHEA or forget I wonder why I’m so fatigued. So, when I’m not fatigued I get stuff done, I’m more active and my brain fog is better…….so while DHEA may not directly cause weight loss, I lose weight because I’m not wishing to go back to bed all day-I’m moving!🙏🏾 I try to stay at 25mg a day or even every other day, 50mg at most. More does not always mean better. Also, ADHD makes me forgetful so if I forget to take it I’m amazed at how quickly I feel better once I resume taking. I’m not sure if everyone reacts that way but I’m writing this to let people know it is possible to know if it’s the supplement for you and may feel relief sooner rather than later!
