After falling and hitting my head because my bed is too high to sit on as I dress I measured the distance from the floor to the seat of my favorite chair to find a bench for the end of my bed.This bench is PERFECT!!! Tfted slow clise lid. Super comfortable. Storage space. No legs sticking out or sharp edges. Absolutely love it.

I am beyond impressed and delighted with this purchase. It arrived with a little damage to the box, but because the chest was encased in a protective, light, canvas-like bag, the chest and the linen-like fabric on the chest was not damaged. The four legs were wrapped in a protective foam and all I had to do was screw them in to the pre-drilled holes on the bottom. Took all of five minutes. This chest is very light and easy to move around by one person. It does come with seven plastic washers in case once the legs are installed you experience some “wobble”. No wobble at all for the item I received. One of the helpful reviews I read mentioned the bottom of the chest was made of a, “trampoline-like” material? Maybe they have changed how they make it since, because the bottom of the chest is more like a very thin particle board, covered in black material. I bought this to put at the end of my bed to store clothes and a blanket or two. This is perfect for that purpose. I would not recommend using it to store anything very heavy, like weights or a lot of books. I sat on it to ensure it is sturdy enough for a person to sit on, and it definitely is. I’m 5’4”, 130lbs and felt very secure sitting on it: middle and each end. This is a great product at a very reasonable price!

I bought this for my elderly mother for her birthday. She had a wooden hope chest in which she stored blankets at the end of her bed, but she and my father always bumped their shins on it. So, obviously, time to replace it! I looked at other big name online stores, but this was least expensive for what looked like the same product. I wasn't looking for cheap, I wanted quality, but why not get the best price. I was skeptical, but it is very nicely made. Easy to install, just add the legs. I got the beige, and it is a light, crisp beige, not creamy or muddy looking. It looks clean, no marks on the fabric. Stitching is done well. My mother likes the height, she can sit on it and put her shoes on easily (lower to the floor than a chair). It was the perfect birthday present. Very happy with my purchase.

I was leery in purchasing the Christopher Knight Home Juliana Fabric Storage Ottoman, Beige. After all, ordering furniture online is a gamble and quality is usually pretty dreadful.This is the exception.It is broad and sturdy and each and every seam and pleat- those being the telltale areas that show shoddy construction- are perfect. It looks higher end than it is and the only difference is that it is physically a lighter weight and the material a neutral instead of a pattern. I placed this larger option at the end of my antique full bed to store shoes and it looks substantial and perfectly at home in a room full of elegant old pieces. It’s plush styling with the slightly rustic woven canvas fabric allows it the fit in seamlessly with several contemporary styles, so I think that any buyer will be pleased.I’ll likely switch out the modern trapezoidal legs for something more traditional, but note that even those a made so that the slant inwards, sparing unwary pinky toes.It was shipped in a strong box with extra attention to detail, like putting a cardboard strip at the closing seam to protect the piece against smudges, tape residue, or the inadvertent slip of a blade when unboxing. Inside, it was wrapped in a sewn fabric cover that closed with a draw string. No plastic garbage bags here!Honestly, I’m so impressed that I’m going to be taking a second look at the more substantial Christopher Knight pieces. If every part of this one ottoman was so carefully considered I have confidence that all are likely the best possible choices that I’ll be able to make on a tight budget.

Loved this immediately from when I took this out of the box! The color is just like the picture and the piece in general is just like the picture. The quality is excellent and looks like a piece that is way more expensive than it is so the price is very reasonable. I receive many compliments on it and it looks beautiful in my home. Very happy.

This ottomans buttons are held by individual squares of cardboard and several of them have come loose. The stuffing between them has moved around and now it’s got a big dent and the buttons float around. This is from 3 months of occasional sitting and putting a laundry basket on it.
