Before putting it in water, soak it seperately in water for 1 minute and then fldrop it in aquarium so that fish can easily digest the food also it will help fish in consuming food quickly and avoid water cloudiness. Instead of giving spoon full of food once in a day, give half spoon of food twice a day which will avoid water cloudiness.

It is suitable for marine aquarium fish?

Depends on fish size. Yes if it is small, no for larger fishes.

Is this good for frontosa fish?

Google what kind of food your fish likes. But most of the freshwater fish like this. It is good for their immunity and boosts their color.
