The sausage was very well packed when I received it. There were still three frozen cold packs on the sausage I would buy again with confidence.

Poor country sausage, regardless of name.
I'm from Tennessee. This is nasty sausage. There is far better where I came from. My personal opinion, obviously, but I feel it's valid. Most who have tasted genuine country sausage from the South would agree. Perhaps it's an acquired taste, but not what I would ever recommend. I worked on a farm that sells their hogs to Jimmy Dean.
