This dinky alarm clock helps toddlers and young children to get up in the morning and learn about time - helpful for those with too-early-risers! Its uses facial expressions and colours (traffic-light-type system) to indicate whether a child should get up or stay in bed; it also has a number of other really useful features, including a night light (with different colours to choose from), snooze features, a nap timer and also soothing sounds, which could assist children in getting off to sleep. The large display is easily visible and the clock is designed to look like a dinosaur - very sweet! It comes with handy use guide, cable with USB ending but also mains socket, so can be charged either by USB or mains, which is really helpful. On the whole, a super little clock!

Got this as my toddlers was having issues with waking up in the early hours. Her sleep is gradually improving since getting this. She likes to change the colours on the clock and loves seeing the dinosaur open and close his eyes. The sounds are great too we leave the heartbeat sound on when she is going to sleep and it soothes her. Excellent value for money!

We've had this about 24 hours, so this is an early review, as used with our 2 & 3/4 yo son.Overall impression is this is very good. We've had a Tommee Tippee Gro Clock sat in the drawer for 2 years and have struggled to programme it, and ultimately I can't get my head around it using blue light, even for the wake time. (No idea why I bought it!). This clock with red, amber, green is perfect for us, because our son already recognizes what these mean in the broader sense of stop and go. So he's easily learned red = go to sleep, amber = nearly time to wake up/play, green = wake up, come see Mummy and Daddy. It's only been one night, but he got it and stayed in bed all night until the 6am green light, and that comes after us removing the stair gate about 8 days ago, and him coming downstairs nearly every night to get in our bed through the night. It is very early days and I'm probably jinxing myself by writing this review so soon, but I'm hopeful it will help, even if it's not the silver bullet to a perfect, uninterrupted sleep every single night.Now to the bits I would already change. You can't seem to set the red light for the nap mode, and the green light doesn't come on at the end of the nap timer either. That doesn't help with embedding the message. Also, maybe the clock face is still slightly too bright (on lowest setting) during sleep. But that's a minor niggle. If this clock replicated the sleep lights for naps it would be 5 out of 5, no question, whether or not it ultimately works for our son.Haven't used the general light on it or noise machine yet, but both will be useful if we go away as we can just take one device for all (we have a purifier which creates white noise at home).Super easy to programme. Cute to look at.

Amazing clock!! Also amazing companyMy 2 year old struggled understanding the 15 minute ready to wake up emoji that this cock has. I email the company to ask if i could remove it, however you couldn’t but they sent me a new clock that been reprogramed without the 15 minute ready to wake up emoji it with no hesitation.It not because clock is hard to understand. I just think my boy was just a little bit too young.

I bought this clock to try and train our 4 year old to stay in bed a bit longer, as he's been coming to our bed at 5.30 am. Surprisingly, the first improvement I noticed was actually at bed time. My son would take about 45 min to settle, and leave his bed a million times. Now he goes to sleep when Clock sleeps. He doesn't leave bed unless he needs the toilet. In the morning, he quickly learned to wait for the green light to come up. He runs into our room shouting "green light, green light!" when the time is right. He absolutely loves it and it has improved his routine immensely. He's also way less grumpy around bed time, no more fights to get him to sleep.The clock takes a bit of patience to set up, as it has lots of functions but you can set up a bed time, at what point the clock closes its eyes, and a wake up time. You can have lights on or off during the night (we prefer off) and you can set up an alarm with 17 sound options or just have a light silently come up when it's wake up time. You can choose the light colours, you can even use it as a sound machine. When it's 15 min before wake up time, clock partially opens its eyes and the yellow light comes up and then at the wake up time, eyes are open and light goes to green. You then touch it to turn off the light. There are other settings, and you can skip the yellow light, but this was our preferred one. We totally recommend it.

I bought the green alarm clock for my five year old nephew ( for his birthday) -it has been a real hit.The best features:- from the side it looks like a dinosaur ! - he loves that.- the face turns green to indicate it is time to wake up and yellow before waking so he knows to stay in bed and not bother his parents at 5am! It turns red to indicate it is time to go to bed ! which he is never keen on doing but there is more of an incentive now to see the dinosaur.- there is lullaby music, 10 nature sounds! - he loves the nature sounds.Points for for Parents:-The settings buttons are hidden on the bottom of the clock - with child lock & settings-It is an alarm clock /night light /plays sleep sounds / has a wake up light /and sleep timer.- it comes with a user handy user guide.My other newphew wants one too but no point having two clocks in the same room as they share.

Fun clock for children. The ring around the clock face that changes the colours is great addition. Many buttons to set up time, alarm etc. but not too complicated.My children really like the clock.As a parent, in my opinion the strength of the display (numbers and eyes) should be much stronger/visible. At night reading the time is ok but during a day, especially sunny one, it's hard to see the time. The brightness on my clock is set up at the highest and its still not much help.
