Condor 11QC2EART Pressure Switch Quincy Direct Replacement for 2023738400 135-175 PSI

This was a perfect fit for my 2023 Quincy QT54. 100% OEM replacement. Takes roughly 30 minutes to isolate the power, drain the air and remove and replace the switch. This part did not fail on its own. A lightning strike took it out along with other sensitive electronics and switches with contactors.

The part is a perfect fit and a quick install. The first one I received was faulty and would not cut out. I realized it was faulty when the pressure valve released at about 220 Psi (Not fun!). I attempted to adjust according to the instructions, but no matter how low the cut-in pressure was adjusted the cut-out stayed the same. I attempted to adjust the cut-out pressure only according to the instructions, but this did nothing.I returned the first one to Amazon even though the instructions say not to and received a replacement. The replacement worked flawlessly!Having read reviews I see a lot of people have had problems with the pressure switches on the Quincy compressors. A few have used other more reliable/longer lasting options, but as far as direct fit and easy installation this appears to be the only option; everything else will require further augmentation.The pressure switch is definitely the weak-link on these Quincy compressors, but everything in life is a trade-off, so if a part is going to be unreliable, a pressure switch is relatively inexpensive. For the high overall build quality, including a Baldor 5HP motor, it is still worth it to me. 4 out of 5 for having to be the QC on the switch, 5 out of 5 for Amazon getting me another quickly.

The pressure switch on my compressor was failing. This is the same one that came with it. Simple enough to replace. Swap over gauge, plug from the old one and hook the electrical back up. Took me about 20 mins and I was back up and running.

I love my Quincy QTV54E compressor, but the weak link are these pressure switches, I go through about 2 a year because they fail so easily. Being able to purchase these on Amazon at a much-reduced price is a great alternative to purchasing directly from Quincy which can be difficult to deal with.

I thought I was dead in the water, this switch fixed my quincy compressor and I'm back up and running.
