Another satisfied shaver
I received my Qshave Razor on Wed.7/3/19 and couldn't wait to use it,(but I'd already shaved for the day.) I've used 3.3" "Butter fly" razors for the past 6-7 years and have used 1.Wilkinson Gillette & 2.Dorco blades thus far,but am waiting for my "Shark" blades and will post a "blades" review for these 3 brands! But my Qshave came with 5 blades that knicked and burned from the 1st stoke (no matter how tight I adjusted it.) So I was skeptical about the Qshave until today 7/5, when I used a "Dorco" blade. (My favorite as opposed to Wilkinson Gillette ) The Qshave is 4"tall and a little heavier than my 3.3" razor and the black matte finish gives it a richer, almost regal appearance . I got a very clean, close shave without any burns or knicks, but can't say whether or not I get a better shave using the 4" Qshave as opposed to my 3.3" razor. But I like the appearance, and I got a new razor that I'm looking forward to yrs. of great shaves with, because the Qshave seems to be well crafted and sturdy enough to take an accidental drop or two. I need a stand for it though, because it doesn't fit in the stand for my 3.3" Razor so it's in my toothbrush holder for now. All said "GREAT RAZOR"

Great razor, bad blades and no travel case.
I’ve had this razor for a few weeks now. The build of this razor is great! Its handle is easy to grip on to, even when wet, and the body isn’t too big or too small. I especially like the butterfly opening design. The only reason I didn’t give it four stars is because of blades and travel case. The listing says that there would be a travel case included, but mine did not. As for the blades, they are not very good. I used them a couple times and they never cut as close as I wanted them to. Additionally, they were already dull and the lubricant was uneven.

Excellent Value Razor
I've been shaving with a DE razor for several years now. The twist open mechanism on my old razor is starting to stick so I figured it was a good time to upgrade. So far I've used it twice and I am happy with the results! Here are a few observations:- The weight of the handle is awesome, it feels super sturdy in the hand and keeps me from adding force to my strokes which I was prone to do with the old razor I had.- Handle length is great. It's longer than the old one I was using, but I feel when combined with the heavier weight I get greater control overall.- The matte finish looks good, and it also serves to increase grip when my hand gets wet during the shave. I have noticed the tiniest bit of extra that may be attributed to the coating, but it has not caused any extra irritation.- There are 5 bladed provided from the vendor with this set. I am very particular with the blades I use so I probably will not use these unless I absolutely have to.For the price this is a great razor and I highly recommend it for first DE shavers or anyone with experience as well!

The razor its self is great, just throw away the free blades....
The razor is well constructed and locks the blade securely with no wiggle. It has a nice weight in your hand and shaves wonderfully. Well that is once you throw away the complimentary included blades. I popped one in without checking them, giving them the benefit of thinking they were fine. They dont cut they just pull, I checked it after even the machining of the blade itself is poor not just the edge. Pick up some Astra Platinum Double Edge Safety Razor Blades to go with this razor and you'll have an amazingly smooth shave. They're available on Amazon for about $7 with prime at the posting of this review. It also includes a leather head sheath(or appears as such) which idk if itll last I suppose if you treat it with some oil and store the blade only once dried it'll last a while. It also includes a handy little brush for cleaning. I have to admit I was skeptical of the product for such a good price. However I'm very happy and should the time come to order again in the future I'd happily get another.

Disappointed that travel case was missing
Overall razor design is nice. I like the weight and texture of handle. I did not use the razors included as I already have a preferred brand. The deducted stars was due to the leather travel case not being included, even when ordering a replacement. This bonus item was the reason I chose this particular seller/ item. Very disappointing.

Learning curve but after a few uses, amazing product
As a woman that has been using cheap plastic five blade razors for years, it definitely took a bit for me to figure out how to use this razor without nicking myself. It does take a little more time than plastic razors because you need to be a bit more careful BUT it is definitely worth it considering it will save a lot of money in the long run and is better for the environment. This specific razor is one of the cheaper ones on here but that doesn’t mean it is at all cheaply made. The knob at the bottom controls the angle of the razor which is great but it can get a little loose for me sometimes. it’s all in how you hold it though and affects me very little once I figured that out. Would recommend for anyone, of any gender👍
