Does auto unlock work with multiple users?

Yes it will work for the owners of the home but only on one lock. So we recommend that you have Auto-Unlock enabled on the door that you use the most for entering your home. Auto-Lock will work regardless of who is leaving and will work on all doors - its an optional setting. Hope that helps!

Hello! Does it connect to WiFi on its own, or it needs a hub?

Apparently this lock only has a Bluetooth connection, and a WiFi "hub" is necessary to function as a WiFi doorbell, so the product title and listing is incredibly deceiving. This hub can be the connect device yale sells, or your phone if you are in Bluetooth range of the lock, which defeats the entire purpose of having it WiFi controlled if you're already connected to it via Bluetooth...

Is this compatible with the Ring app? I saw a comment from a couple of days ago saying it doesnt

Hi! Our Yale Assure Lock 2 with Z-Wave is compatible with the Ring Alarm. But a Ring Alarm is required. This lock, the Yale Assure Lock 2 with Wi-Fi is not currently compatible with Ring.

Can I set auto re-lock time shorter than 30 sec? For example, 5 sec or immediately?

The shortest amount of time you can set auto-lock is 10 seconds in the Yale Access app.
