Ive been running my S22 on this battery for four months now. Great replacement, no issues. Easy repair to do yourself. Cell phones are getting ridiculously expensive so watch a diy video and learn. Most repairs are easy peasy stuff!

This isn't my first effort opening electronics to replace components such as batteries. Samsung wanted a lot to replace my battery so I thought I would give it a try. There are a number of kits available and I chose this one because it was the quickest to arrive. Looking back it was a mistake. Let's go through the kit:Pick: WorkedScrewdriver: Worked but magnetic would have been a great help. Ended up using my own which was magnetic.Suction cup: Worthless, worthless, worthless. Having a functioning suction cup is critical to the process.Metal tool: Why you would include a metal tool rather than plastic is beyond me, an oversight on my part.Sim removal tool: Because?Two sticky strips: Wasn't sure about these so I stuck them to the bottom of the battery.Battery: The connector cable from the battery was too long and went past the socket on board. I had to bend it back a bit to make it fit. Fingers crossed this doesn't cause any problems.With so many options available I would avoid this one.

Kit good. Instructions not so much.

The kit was very useful. Without this kit, you won't be able to replace the battery. So far, no problems.

I bought this to replace my factory battery as it was old and draining fast. I'm pretty tech savvy and by the book on any repairs I do to anything sensitive like electronics. I watched multiple videos to make sure I did it right and even had a step-by-step open as I did the repair. my device worked just fine for its age prior to the replacement. After I had replaced the battery, my phone wouldn't even connect to any cell towers or let me call or text anyone unless it was on an app such as Google Meet or Facebook Messenger or something like that AND was connected to wifi, if I left a wifi connection my phone was useless. I even took it back apart, checked all connections and even put the old battery back in and nothing worked. ended up having to get a new device all together.
