This product is first of all a good price, and if taken in the morning gives a nice smooth energy for most of the day. I have found if I take it later in the day it tends to keep me awake, but then again I am sensitive to stimulants. I am definitely keeping this in my supplement cup.

Product is easy to use since it’s in pill form. Had tried another form of Shilajit but it was messy. This one was super easy to consume definitely buying again. It’s become part of my daily vitamin routine.

This product seems to be sold mostly in a jar you're that dip out of to take while this one is in capsule and more desirable to take I've been taking approximately 1 per day with some probiotics but have not found any changes in my health yet.

I tried it. I really did. I felt absolutely NOTHING except for some God Awful headaches. No clarity of mind, no pain relief, no increase in energy levels. I'm gonna buy some resin next time. These pills are worthless.

I’ve been taking this for almost a week now in the morning and noticed a change in my mood, for the better! I feel great. I usually rely on coffee for brain fog, but this seems to help much better.
