Tiny little nothings that did nothing to help. I do not even have severe foot problems. The adhesive didn't stuck for even one day, and there was not enough surface area of lift to help with pronation. Slid around in my boots and irritated my feet.

These are not self adhesive as advertised, and they can slip down. My advise, if your shoes have a removable insole, pull that out, and place these lifts underneath. Otherwise, they do what they claim to do.

These inserts worked when I placed them under the shoe insole. Otherwise, they moved out of place during the day. As noted by others, the self-adhesive is poor and they are too narrow (shoe size male, US 11.5 D).

The media could not be loaded. These lateral wedges mounted in the shoe beneath the heel and under the foot bed or insole.These are great they had helped me so muchsince can be used for pronation or supination problems of the foot and ankle. Wedges are designed to help align the heel when walking to limit excessive pronation or supination.They have help me improve foot function, very helpful if you have osteoarthritis they really help with my knee pain I use them every day.These wedges are easy to use, helps with my husband plantar fasciitis and my arthritis on both knees, you can use one only or two and you can also cut them to fit your shoes. Overall excellent product.

They were comfortable but didn’t work

Great product. Just ordered anotherpackage so I will not be without.

These are simply too small. I'm a good size man, but I'm not huge. These are made for someone with much smaller and narrower heels. It's very disappointing.
