i wish the video was in english
I had issues with the IOS APP not working but that not important to me because I'm going to write my on code in python to control the robot.

Great engineering and quality - but videos and manuals are lacking
I got the full jetson nano package with display for debugging purposes.Pros: Best engineered robotic kit I have ever owned. The engineering is superb and very well designed. Materials and components are first rate and sturdy. The carry case is a very nice touch. Assembly is straightforward (with a big but...). Videos are useful and well thought out. Assembly took about 6 hours start to finish.Cons: Manual - most of the important text is in Mandarin only. Videos: Less time should be spent on watching multiple screws being inserted and more time on closeups of the wiring connections.Issues: Robotic arm - boot up reported issues with I2C interface - arm not functional. Could be faulty servers, wiring, carrier board issue or software (bootup messages says carrier board not likely to work). No way to tell. Handheld controller - no instructions on what control does what. Out of the box - can go backwards or forwards, no turns. the only button that does anything causes the robot to spin in circles until you turn off the power. Videos - yes there are subtexts in English, but only for what parts are to be employed, (and not always all of them). More description of what you are connecting, what type of interface it employs and where it connects. That said:I think this product has a lot of promise. A very solid platform for development - if they eventually provide detailed diagrams and specs on the carrier board and how it is used. Meaning - what type of interface is employed for each attachment/function. Where are it's connectors on the carrier and how the signals get to/from the carrier board from the nano. And that would need to be in English please. I have currently boxed this up until such time as I feel the need for a real challenge and ready for another deep dive back into ROS and black boxes.

The Smartest Educational Robot
The media could not be loaded. Before buying the transbot, I searched all over the Internet for an AI robot controlled by Nvidia’s most powerful Jetson Nano developer kit. The Yahboom transbot is the most advanced and complete AI robot I could only find on the market. At the very beginning, I was going to buy Yahboom’s ROS version of Transbot on Amazon, because it’s easy to return if it doesn't work. But eventually, I decided to go to their store to buy a full version of Transbot including the mechanic arm and 7” display (for troubleshooting), because I wanted not only an autopilot vehicle but one with robotic function as well.I have played with many robots since I was in a top-ranked high school robotics team, Yahboom transbot is the easiest one and also the most comprehensive one I have ever played. You can bypass the most time-consuming part of robotics—searching for mechanic/electronic parts and putting them together. It only took a few hours to put the parts together and If you are lucky, the robot can get to work right away, because Yahboom has a flash drive loaded with a complete set of software modules, and mobile phone apps are enabled. The robot can be operated by App on mobile phones and joysticks. From there, you can start your real AI robot journey. Yahboom has full courses and examples for developing AI-based robots, so you can develop your own version of AI robots.I was not one of those lucky ones because my Nvidia nano board was not working properly, so I called tech from Yahboom, and they are very nice and very sophisticated. They spent days and nights identifying the problems, and finally, they shipped me a brand new and fully tested Nvidia Jason nano board. Their service is beyond great.I will continuously buy robot products from Yahboom and strongly recommend Yahboom for all your AI robot project needs.

ROS Support Provides a Tremendous Learning Opportunity
The media could not be loaded. This latest robotics education platform is another significant step up in functionality. I normally purchase every Raspberry Pi robot Yahboom makes but this time I couldn't resist trying out the Jetson Nano platform; and I'm glad I bought it.They now support the standard Robot Operating System (ROS) middleware. Making this a fantastic platform to get started in state of the art robotics programming using the tools used by professionals. As usual for Yahboom the iteration advancements are not just in their hardware but in their learning materials also. This platform comes with a huge amount of documents and video showing not only the assembly and basic operation but continuing into programming education. The hardware is nothing short of amazing. We continue to see improvements in this area also; solidly built from quality parts. And the features :), reliably tracked, your choice of cameras, LIDAR, and an optional manipulator arm. All parts supported in ROS. The room mapping capabilities of this robot are amazing. They've outdone themselves again. I really have found nothing wrong with this hardware. Now the programming video are subtitled so I have asked Yahboom to see if they can get them dubbed as it is a bit hard to learn programming while reading subtitles. Other than that I've found no problems with the training material either. Highly recommended. If you can afford it, buy it. Especially helpful for classroom training as it really is state of the art.
