Meets our needs!
I have a Kindle and an iPhone, my husband has some android thing so this meets both our needs. We have one in each car, one on each nightstand, one in the family room and one in the guest room for guests to use. Love it!

Works as described
I bought for my car connection. My girlfriend has an Iphone and I have an android and I needed 1 cord to connect to either phone. I tried splitters but they didn't work (connect to the car). This option worked amazingly!

Very handy, don't forget to place the tip you want on the top of the active cord
Easy to think the holders for the alternate heads actually suply power, but they are simply holders. You have to plug the lightning or type C tip onto the active micro USB head for the tips other than the micro usb to work.

Very Useful, could use a little reinforcement
These are super useful. I've purchased them many times and they fit very well. The nature of the device requires that care is needed so as to not bend the base piece when adapter is attached. This seems to happen rather rarely as I've purchased nearly a dozen of these and only one has bent.

Not durable - worked for about a month
The media could not be loaded. Not durable - worked for about a month. We need a special cable like this for one of our cars, because the USB-A female that supports CarPlay is in a difficult to reach spot and the two folks who drive this car have different iPhones: we need MFI-certified Lightning and USB-C. This is the wrong cable to get if you need a reliable USB-C data connection for CarPlay.I discovered while I was in the passenger seat that the only way to get this to work at all was to pinch the end of the cable and let the weight of my iPhone pull down and torque the end. I was thinking - how on earth can you make a USB-C male the wrong size so that it wobbles in the female USB-C of the phone? It was after I got the cable into the light that I realized the USB-C male was the correct size and wasn’t wobbling in the phone. The problem was the tip adapter that translates from USB-A Micro to USB-C was either too short or too flexible; the USB-C male end of the tip adapter and wobbled. Maybe the tip adapter is too short. Maybe the casing of the tip adapter is too flexible. In any event, this product has a design flaw rendering it unusable after a month of normal use. If you never moved the tip end and always used the USB-C, or put this on display in a museum so that it could not be touched, perhaps it would meet expectations.Since I don’t need USB-A Micro at all in my car, I’m buying a different product with a simpler design. The attached video shows the flex I’m dealing with after two months of use; it has to be pressed as far as possible to make the momentary contact for CarPlay to work.

If it doesn’t work watch the video they provide
I thought it wasn’t working until I watched the video they provided when I went to return it. It shows you to plug the charger input you’re using into the other charger input, in order for it to work.

Perfect for cutting down on the number of cords in your bags!
I spend a lot of time on the road, and everything (ideally) comes with its own cords. However if you are trying to manage all those cords and cables on a regular basis, it becomes a nightmare. Especially when you’re dealing with everything from USB-C for modern batteries and Androids, USB-A in some laptops and car outlets, lightning adapters (I’m looking at you Apple), and Micro-USB for things like charging cameras and handheld video equipment.Having cables with different adapters means you can cut down on the number of cords you’re hunting through if you’re not somewhere you can spread out and get organized. As far as durability, I’ve only been using it for a few months. No complaints at this time. I may invest in some different lengths just for adaptability.
