Elemental magnesium is 14.1% of magnesium glycinate but going by the figures stated, this product is 20%. How can this be accurate?

It must be buffered. A lot of supplement companies are pulling a fast one.

Does this supplement contain any magnesium oxide at all?

Don’t have this brand anymore but from the ingredients shown on the picture, it is only Magnesium Glycinate

IS this the Magnesium Glycinate the same as chelated magnesium ?

This is high strength magnesium glycinate in an advanced formula containing highly absorbable Elemental magnesium. I have used this company’s products for a long time and it was the absorbability I wanted.

Is the elemental magnesium the actual magnesium content? I ask this as the recommended dose of magnesium is 420mg for males and this states 1200mg
