My laptop would not turn on I assumed it was the original charger. I bought this one with hope of it powering on. I waited a few minutes before hitting the power button it in fact turned on! Downside is be aware that it’s not a ORIGINAL charger so if you have a 360xEnvy like myself it might or might not give you a message informing you that the charger is a dupe! But it works wonderfully.

I have an HP laptop, I bought it from Best Buy a couple years back. Two or three years back. I don’t have the financial funding to go out and spend 20 or $50 on a new charger. I wanted something that was gonna work quick and I can get it easily in accessible. I went looking on Amazon and found this one that works with my computer. It’s been working really well. I use my computer a lot so it dies quickly. I am looking into getting another computer because mine’s a little older model for like 2022. So I’m trying to see about getting a new laptop, but in the meantime, I wanted a charger that would actually work and durable. And right now this one’s holding up. It’s working with it is charging it up very nicely and I don’t have to stress about when I’m gonna charge it up again. Because I was stressing about that because I don’t actually have a back of charger, so I was able to get this one next day delivery and was able to throw my old one out. So far so good!

The charger failed in less than a year, even though it was still under warranty. I reached out to the company, and after sending the requested photos, they approved a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged—the C adapter was detached, and the cord was frayed.When I contacted the seller again, they blamed the condition on Amazon's warehouse and took no responsibility. They did offer a refund, but because I originally bought the charger on a deal, the refund wasn’t enough to purchase a replacement at current pricing.Bottom line: the product didn’t last, and the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I won’t be buying from LISEN INC again.

Power supply works just as they described. I use it to charge my HP computer and Samsung Phone. I would recommend this product. Very well made with a heavy power supply cord for the computer hookup.

Well, it had to happen sooner or later, I left on a trip and at the airport discovered that I left my genuine HP charger at home. Thanks to Amazon's same day shipment for Prime, I received this at my final destination by the time that I got there (Thanks, Amazon !). As for the Charger, it is definitely not HP OEM, the Pros & Cons are these: Pros: Great price, good for an emergency, working so far. Cons: No UL Stamp (CE means nothing), smaller than HP for the same wattage, the "clip" that holds the cable end to the previous loop doesn't work, and some other reviewers have indicated that it fails early (mine's working so far after a week). Would I buy it again ? Yes, but only for an emergency situation such as this. BTW, the HP OEM charger is $ 56.92 at Amazon.

Works great! Needed a back up to take with me for my computer. This works just as good as the one that came with my computer.

Lost my laptop cord. Perfect replacement. Im always misplacing things. Im sure I will be buying again.
