My laptop would not turn on I assumed it was the original charger. I bought this one with hope of it powering on. I waited a few minutes before hitting the power button it in fact turned on! Downside is be aware that it’s not a ORIGINAL charger so if you have a 360xEnvy like myself it might or might not give you a message informing you that the charger is a dupe! But it works wonderfully.

The charger failed in less than a year, even though it was still under warranty. I reached out to the company, and after sending the requested photos, they approved a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged—the C adapter was detached, and the cord was frayed.When I contacted the seller again, they blamed the condition on Amazon's warehouse and took no responsibility. They did offer a refund, but because I originally bought the charger on a deal, the refund wasn’t enough to purchase a replacement at current pricing.Bottom line: the product didn’t last, and the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I won’t be buying from LISEN INC again.

I purchased this on May 9, 2023 as a smaller charger to take on an extended 6 week vacation. The unit is good quality but stopped charging after about a month. The seller immediately replaced and made the purchase whole. Unit works well and my son is excited he gets to use his HP laptop again.
