Love this fan!
Love it!!! It’s the perfect amount of bling and the fan is very strong. The gaming crystals took a little extra time to hang but otherwise it was easy to install. Great value for the money, has great airflow and it makes a statement.

Great super cute fan!
Extremely cute fan for our baby's nursery. Pretty easy to put together. Love how the fan stops when you turn it off unlike other fans it's takes a bit for the blades to actually stop. Blades are reversible so you have a choice between 2 different colors. Great size too 10/10 recommend for the price!

Decorative ceiling hardware chrome cover screws were not correct
Great fan except that the decorative ceiling hardware cover screws were not correct. The screws shipped were too short. I purchased M4-0.7x 25mm stainless pan head screws to make the correction. The screws provided were too short.

Great working and looking.
I love this fan/chandelier. It works great and has six speeds for the fan and six settings for the light. It looks great!! Adds just enough bling to our room and updates the plain fan/light we had. It puts out more air than our old fan/light and is quiet. The only thing is that it is a little hard to install. The pieces seem bigger than the hole for the insides. Other than that, we would not complain. Again, I Love It!!!!! Would buy again.

Would give it zero, up there with the top 2 worst purchases..
The most frustrating experience ever on an amazon purchase. Hired someone to install, it arrived and when he got to the crystals, which is the last thing you do, 9 of the smaller crystals needed to hang the balls were missing. A replacement was sent some 7 days later and it not only was missing those same amounts of hanging ones, all but one of the balls had damage. Worse is while it is pretty, the subpar materials get a little hidden when hung, it does very little in the way of cooling, even on the highest setting. Went in circles with the manufacturer. I did not want yet a third fan given 2 already were defective. I also did not order this just for looks. Would not recommend this one to anyone. Feel stuck with it, it is in my ceiling. was very expensive to have installed. Save yourself the headache, look for a different fan. I'm in over 270 with install, fan, battery and lights..

Beautiful and great price!
We are currently remodeling our home and happy to say we have purchased the majority of our products from Amazon and I'm never dissapointed with their lighting! Not only is this fan gorgeous but the fan output is great and keeps this front house nice and cool! It's a classy fan with great performance! I absolutely love it!!

No customer service
I contacted the seller so they can send me a replacement remote as the one I have is lost. Not the fan is no use to me. I will have to change the whole wire box I'm so disappointed they did not even try to help me.
