I’ve made several batches now and it’s pretty good. I like the taste but mostly the health benefits. Wish they would grow a little faster though.

Best flavor I have found.
This makes great tasting Kefir. Not as tart as most. The grains have been growing so much that I have been freezing the biggest clumps and then freeze dried them. I haven’t revived any yet but it should work. I have 16+ times what I originally received plus the grains I use daily.
