This product exceeds my expectations. The different heads pop in and out easily and it comes with a heat glove so if the head is still hot you don't burn yourself. The large crimps and the curls lasted all day even after I tried to brush them. Some hot tools leave the hair with a tint or tone like you can tell a hot tool was used, but this one didn't and my hair still looked shiny after I used it. Simple heat settings but I just use the first one and it gets hot enough. Would recommend it to everyone, especially for the price.
