I needed a ladder that I can use on stairs (along with a special base, of course), this ladder did the job. It was perfectly sizable for me to make it shorter or taller. It was sturdy and I did not feel wobbly. Now it sits under my stair, without causing me too much storage space. I like this purchase.

Only one rung on the right locked then when retracting one rung would not release. Had to push in the tab with a small screwdriver. I worked with it a while hoping it would work itself out, it came apart on the right side very thin-walled tubes, poorly constructed ladder, contacted Amazon and got a return label. I then purchased ....Yvan Telescoping Ladder,12.5 FT. Hope this one works .

Very well made. Problem is the highest step that the manufacturer says can be used is the fourth from the top. I called the help line and talked to Kelly who said what the instructions that came with it said. Do not stand on the top three steps. I explained that I was working inside a skylight and that balance was not a issue because there was only room enough to turn around and I could not fall but was still told to stay off the top three or around six feet off the ground.

Lightweight , yet study. Much easier and safer to use than our RV ladder.

Item arrived with no issues packed very well works great. You would definitely like it very easy to transport and expand.

Buy this instead of the Thule Ladder! I found this on sale for $75 USD, thule sells the same ladder for 300. This is literally the same quality / features for much less of price.
