Recommend as a very good value for price and what you get!
Wanted new tie bars after using current one for many years. Wanted a simple and elegant design, with a silver and black option. This hit all those marks.Someone mentioned the springs are tight, and can confirm this. I believe this will get looser over time, but also want them to be somewhat tight so they don’t fall loose.I liked that it came with the blue felt box, but they are individually bagged, not set in box as in the image. This also was fine with me as it likely helped protect during shipping.

They're nice and sleek
They're nice and sleek, and they do the job well.The black metal is a little hard to distinguish from the silver metal so they aren't very different.Also, if you're looking to give this as a gift, I received mine in that nice blue case, however each bar was wrapped in its own separate baggy. The box has four elastic bands to hold each bar, but have fun trying to clip each bar in its respective spot because the elastic is really tight. If you're using it for display or a gift, you might have trouble with it

Fine for own use, not great as a gift
Purchased to be a gift, but unfortunately it's quite difficult to get the tie clips in and out of the elastic and they don't sit quite right. The velvet inside the box was also quite wrinkled from the tie clips being stuffed in there for shipping. The tie clips themselves seem solid especially for the price.

A little stiff to open.
I really like the look of them and style. The clips are a little stiff and cause concern when opening them. I really need to press hard for them to open and with that it still seems forced. Style and packaging is fantastic.

Nice simple clips.
Love that it came with a case and individually wrapped. I took them out and put them all in the case to present it better. I like the two different lengths and colors. He likes them too. Haven’t used them yet, but they seem sturdy.

Looks sharp
These tie clips are elegant in their simplicity; they look nice without being overly flashy or standing out. These clips hold tight and stay in place very well. The only drawback to them is that they seem to attract fingerprints quite easily, but they wipe clean just as easily as well.
